Responsibilities as Production Manager

Here you will have the chance to step into a central role in production and be the one who keeps everything running smoothly. As a production manager, you are the person who holds the shifts together, ensures that production runs according to plan, and makes sure your team has what they need to do their best work every day. You work closely with the production team and become the spider in the web between planning, quality, and operations. The role suits you if you like structure, pace, and being the one who takes action in the moment.
